JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Jaguars have added a new face to the roster.
The Jaguars signed unrestricted free agent cornerback Marcus Trufant to a contract.
The team released 6th-year cornerback Antwaun Molden.
Trufant is entering his 11th season. He spent his first ten years in the league with Seattle who took him in the first round in 2003.
He has 125 starts in 136 games, with 638 tackles, 21 picks, and five forced fumbles. He played under Gus Bradley who served as the defensive coordinator for the Seahawks before become head coach of the Jaguars.
He has two brothers currently in the NFL in Desmond, a first-round pick of the Atlanta Falcons in the 2013 NFL Draft, and Isaiah, a cornerback for the New York Jets.
He and his wife, Jessica, have two daughters, Karmyn and Kimora.
