Jax Beach drivers caught off guard by torrential downpours

JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. -- Rain, we expected, but the torrential downpours made for a mess on some roads and highways. Monday evening's commute, was soaked, as hundreds of cars sloshed through the flood waters on 3rd Street. Others barely made it through.

The Beaches FLOOD every time we get a heavy rain and to say this was an unusual storm is ridiculous! That was normal for the Beaches so what is going to happen when we do get a heavy storm like a hurricane????? So Politicians don't say it was an adnormal storm.
