JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A second man has been arrested in a double shooting in Jacksonville Beach, investigators are still seeking a third suspect. Vernon Robinson, a.k.a. "Yodi," has been arrested on attempted murder charges. Police say he is cooperating with the investigation.
A teen who was hurt in the shooting, 17-year-old Daniel Jarrett has also been arrested on attempted murder charges.
On Monday, Jacksonville Beach investigators say three men got into an argument at a home near the intersection of 3rd Avenue South and 7th Street South.
Two of the three men began shooting at each other. One of the men was hurt. Another person, A 25-year-old woman was caught in the crossfire and was not involved in the confrontation. She is recovering in the hospital.
Police are still looking for a third suspect, Denard William Robinson, a.k.a. "Scooter." He is wanted on attempted murder charges and police say he is considered to be armed and extremely dangerous. He is believed to be hiding out somewhere in the Jacksonville area.
