Corrine Brown has been saying there needs to be training for those that have dropped out of school. Wonder how things would be if the said students had intervention before they drop out. I realize some are not able to make it through "conventional" school, but where are the parents/caregivers to be involved to get these kids in vocational training. We will always need skilled and unskilled laborers. Corrine Brown is part of the problem wanting the government to carry these people. This is one of things that has our country divided. Why try when there are those that will carry you, hand things to you? Not all are in this category, but as with the "one bad apple" saying, it groups them to the ones that have a hand out and not taking it as a hand up.
