FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) - A federal judge has ruled that Florida can begin removing about 200 potentially ineligible voters from state rolls because the people might not be U.S. citizens.

U.S. District Judge William Zloch rejected a challenge from several voting rights groups and the Obama administration. They contended the purge violated a federal law against removing voters within 90 days of an election.

Zloch says the law does not require the state to idle on the sidelines until a non-citizen violates the law.

The state's original purge list contained more than 2,600 names but was beset by inaccuracies. Last month, a revised list of 198 names of possible non-citizens was produced with a Homeland Security Department database.

Voting registration is being closely watched because Florida is a key presidential swing state.

I seen news report about they are checking signatures got wonder about that one my signing hand has permanent damage to it. I have valid ID though so it better not be an issue.

Finally, a Judge who does the right thing. Just as in Arizona, with stopping suspected illegals to see if they're papers. Now if EVERYONE would just follow their lead, we MIGHT start to take this Country back.
