JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Juror No. 4 in the Michael Dunn murder trial is speaking out.

The woman who said her name was Valerie spoke to ABC's Nightline Tuesday.

Valerie, who works as a home care nurse administrator, says the four day and more than 30 hour deliberations between the jurors sometimes became very intense.

Valerie said during the deliberations the jurors at one point resorted to screaming to get their point across.

When asked if they used profanity she replied, "Oh yes."

Valerie says in the beginning of the deliberation there were 10 people who wanted to convict Michael Dunn on the first degree murder charge and two who believed he was defending himself. She says that by the end of the deliberations there were only nine people who wanted to convict Michael Dunn of first degree murder and three who believed he was defending himself.

When asked about whether race played a role in their deliberations Valerie said the case was never presented to the jury that way.

Michael Dunn was convicted of three counts of second degree attempted murder and one county of shooting or throwing a deadly missile. Judge Russell Healey declared a mistrial on the first degree murder charge.

State Attorney Angela Corey says she plans to re-file first degree murder charges against Michael Dunn in the death of Jordan Davis in November 2012.

Michael Dunn is currently in jail awaiting sentencing.

His sentencing is scheduled for March 24. He is facing up to at least 60 years in prison.

Tune in to Action News This Morning starting at 5 a.m. on CBS47 and FOX30 to see the interview with juror number four.

One could almost bet they paycheck that Dunn's talking to the news media at this point will be written by Angela Corey. I'm sure he will put on his best drama act for TV --

I heard a lawyer on the radio and she made the point that Cory had said something to the effect of make the right choice so we dont have riots. This is completely illegal and unethical and obviously had a huge effect on at least this dummy juror. Shes worried about making sure the "communuity" knows that the jury did thier best to convict, but there were these pesky folks that were actually going by the LAW and not what a dozen new black kitty cats thought. What a piece of crap, and just proving the point that its not about whats right or wrong or whats legal or not but about "feelings" of the very vocal minority. YOU SUCK JERKY BROAD. Now A Cory, the not so well shaved ape, is trying to redem itself from the Zman screw up by screwing over Dunn, which is obvious and also DISGUSTING. It will break the law, lie cheat and steal to do it. How is that a good prosecutor? Cheating to win is OK for the state? Its ok to be a total shady worse than most criminal pieces of crap? She is making Jax a laughing stock outside of here and a concentration\death camp if youre living here. Not cool, gots to go... its the one thing I can agree with the useless marchers\demonstrators about.

Show me one time when a white person fights a single black person in a group of blacks and the rest of the group doesn't attack as well. Their system of honor is your white you pick a fight with one them or him with you then you get killed by all them. Examples exists including recently where a black teenager killed a white man after the man fought back as victim of knockout. His friend helped murder the man. THE CHARGES 2 years in jail as at 16 they shouldn't be in jail for the rest of their lives for murdering a man that fought back from their unprovoked assault. Explain to me how being 16 and killing a man in cold blood because he fought back from your assault for no reason is justified ?Black people do suffer injustice. Problem is they are more racist now days than most white people. Going make white people pay for everything now is the attitude.

THIS is what Angela Cory said, straight to the cameras, with a fat smirk on her face, "I AM GOING TO HANG THIS FAT ASS, TO APPEASE THE BLACKS FOR WHAT GEORGE ZIMMERMAN GOT AWAY WITH" She did not go by the law and evidence then, and she isn't going by the law and evidence now with Dunn.

So what is to be gained by refiling a murder one charge? He is going to be jailed for the rest of his life. It is just a waste of taxpayer money to try to add more time to that sentence.

It would be useful to know what Jordan Davis said or did that supported a finding of self defense. Were there any reasonable actions he could have taken to avoid getting shot?

Its a MIN of 60 years. being 2nd degree attempted murder the mandatory min says 20 years per count to be run consecutive, not concurrent. So hes going to be at least 107 years old before he gets out and thats without the deadly missle charge. All this dumb hick sympathizer did, along with the rest of the dumb sheltered sympathizers, was say its ok for blacks to act like total crap to white people. Bottom line, no other way to slice this. It was in no way and no how a 1st degree, premeditated murder no matter how you slice it. She said in her interview she felt bad and wanted the "world to know" that she made sure Jordan Davis didnt die in vain. So it wasnt based on a legal, AKA CORRECT descision but as a tribute to some thug who attacked Dunnarse. He would have never been charged if he didnt run, all he had to do was pull across the street and call the cops so he is a complete and total tool. What this says is bad for whites all over this country. The race war, one sided, continues and we cant do a damn thing to protect ourselves or our loved ones? Awesome

While I have a problem determining how a couple of jurors held out for justifiable force...when the greatest threat to a black youth, male or female, is another black youth, I can kind of see where the fear leading to these kinds of poor choices come from.

"He is facing up to at least 60 years in prison." Think about that sentence. "...Up to..." means the maximum and "...at least..." means the minimum. So this reporter is saying Dunn is facing a maximum of 60 years minimum. Do these reporters actually get paid? How about the editors?
