Jurors split on murder charges in Guy Heinze, Jr. case

BRUNSWICK, Ga. (AP) - Jurors are scheduled to begin a third day of deliberations in the trial of a Georgia man charged with killing his father and seven others inside their mobile home.

No one can ever convince me that one person was capable of doing this without having a gun that would shoot off rounds repetitively and this doesn't seem to be the case here. Frankly, I think it may have been a drug deal gone bad and the retaliation was from other sources, not Heinze. Can't see how one lone person could have accomplished this --

This is considered one of Georgia's BIGGEST MASS murders, why hasn't his sorry lawyer gotten him a change of venue? If he IS convicted with all the OBVIOUS signs he didn't do this, then he DIDN'T get a fair trial, and he's being railroaded and being made a scapegoat, Then the gangs can keep that small little town living in fear for their own families.
