JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The family of a local woman who was killed by a stray bullet is one step closer to justice.

Analiza Gobaton was sitting in rush hour traffic on Blanding Blvd. when she was hit by a stray bullet in 2010.

Police believe that shot came from Taurice Brown's gun. Brown was involved in a drug deal a block away when a fight broke out and shots were fired.

The case against Brown was delayed due to problems with the opening of the new Duval County Courthouse.

Brown's status hearing is scheduled for Monday morning. He has pleaded not guilty to second degree murder.
