Justice on hold at the new Duval County Courthouse
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The opening of the new Duval County Courthouse has been delayed even further. Jack Webb, former city council president and attorney, joins us in the studio to discuss the possibility of moving back to the old courthouse.
