Two centers had the same number of violations.
Dayspring Christian Academy and Preschool on Dunn Avenue had two violations. They include problems with:
-Children's Health/Immunization Records and Background Screening Documents.
Tonia's Precious Tots also on Dunn Avenue had the same number of violations but for slightly different things. The problems here:
-Bottles and sippy cups were not labeled with the child's first and last name and there issues with the Children's Health/Immunization Records.
