JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- All About God's Children Academy on Westlake Avenue in Jacksonville Missed The Mark in a number of key areas on its most recent state inspection.

The Department of Children and Families says the center had 10 violations.

Some of the problems include:

-a ratio of one staff for 6 children is required. But there were two staff members for 15 children observed.

-the facility did not have at least one staff member with a current and valid certificate of course completion for first aid training present at all times.

The state will tell you that having the right number of staff to care for children and making sure someone is on duty who can help a child with a minor medical problem is not only important, it's required.

Now here's a look at a number of places that didn't have any violations on their latest inspection reports.

These centers are in Jacksonville:

Arlington
Kindergarten Of  Jacksonville Inc.

T's Learning Center

Parkwood Weekday Early Education Center

Beverly Hills Development Center...

Plus, Bethlehem Lutheran Preschool in Jacksonville Beach also had no vioaltions.

Way to go for having a top-notch performance.
