Coincedentially there is push by the federal government recently to take guns away from veterans. I figure Obama will play that up for it's full effect now as well. Veteran's are already denied fair and impartial jury trials they get to go infront of judges who could care less that they want seat a jury to decide whether they should be military service connected for disablity. Now we can sit back and watch as anyone can lable a veteran disturbed and they lose yet another right forever. The right to keep and bear arms.

Want example of case of corruption with police look at example in the news about the police getting the wrong address chasing an escaped murder supsect. They pound on guys door in the middle of the late night demanding he open up. Not knowing what is going on he gets to the door with his gun in hand. Cops kill him on the spot whoops turns out they had wrong address this guy had nothing to do with the guy they was after. Soon to be whitewashed by FDLE investigation. After all letting cops investigate each other or prosecutors who are buddies with them is the way to ensure no corruption right? Even our own sheriff has went on record about he will never charge one his officers if they get in accident while texting on their computers running plates etc. After all once you put on the blue uniform your above the law as long as the rest of your buddies stick with you.

Apparently people still think the system is fair and not corrupt. Try being a veteran from a war that messed up hundreds of thousands vets be told you cant win your case give it up and have the government laugh in your face when under you 7th amdenment to bill of rights you request jury trial. This guy states he told the truth and it ruined him. You expect a court system to remedy what was already set in stone. He's dead man walking he knows that. Hopefully his sacrifice will not be in vain and end alot the corruption out there. FYI if he was able to serve many years as Navy Lt and not get kicked out dishonorably should say something about him. Honorable people do not accept lies and dishonor in court systems that could care less about the constitution or the truth. Try walking 10 miles in his shoes before you judge him. Look at from his percspective. They started setting him to get rid of him because he was to honest and to by the book. Then when he reported something he saw wrong he was railroaded out express costing him reserve status in the Navy as well. That means he retirement he needed was gone all for telling the truth about an event. In what world does a judge ever go against the government for the rights of individual in cases like these? None its fairy tale myth that you can seat juries for justice with the government.

MICKEY MOUSE POLICE FORCE... just thank the lord it's way out there in LALA LAND !!! they never recovered from the RAMPART DIVISION SCANDALS !!! why reopen this case,, unless it wasn't right the 1st time ???? and it won't alter the fact this rouge cop has murdered 3 people !!! we have courts to hear our complaints of unjust firings,, we don't take up arms !!! this nutjob,, never should have been on the force in the 1st place !!! if he was 1/2 as good as he thinks,, he should have relied on fellow officers to sink the career of his superior, who sandbagged him !!! it can & has & will continue to be done,, in departments around the world & will continue to be the tool of choice of reasonable law enforcement people...
