Lawyer for Fla. veterans charity goes on trial

SANFORD, Fla. (AP) - The Jacksonville lawyer who prosecutors say masterminded a veterans' charity that was actually a $290 million gambling operation is the first of dozens of defendants to go to trial.

Did you know disabled veterans who need and request jury trials at their hearings at the VA are denied them? They cannot seat jury should they need it when the government lies and refuses to acknowledge that their service lead to them being poisoned? Seems everyone gets a jury trial BUT A REAL DIABLED VET WHO NEEDS IT.
