JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- The "local" Nor'easter will continue to batter area beaches through Monday with gusty winds, rough seas and surf, a high rip current risk and some rain at times.  Swimmers and surfers are advised to stay out of the water even as conditions slowly improve by Tuesday.  Winds at the coast will howl from the northeast at 15-30 mph with higher gusts then gradually subside Monday night into Tuesday.  Temperatures will hold steady mostly from 60-65 degrees.  Weather conditions will be a little better farther inland.  Along the I-95 corridor -- including most of metro Jacksonville -- expect mostly cloudy skies with gusty northeast winds of 15-25 mph and occasional showers through Monday.  Temperatures will be unseasonably cool with highs Monday afternoon only in the low 70s.  Near and west of Highway 301...expect partly to mostly cloudy skies with just a few showers and afternoon highs in the mid 70s.  Tuesday will be -- overall -- a much nicer day with partly to mostly sunny skies and late day temperatures near 70 at the beaches to the mid to upper 70s inland.
