Local lawyer enters Boston terror conversation
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Lawyer John Phillips is willing to donate $1000 to the Watertown man who helped police corner Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
David Henneberry contacted authorities after he found traces of blood on the outside of his boat, at his Massachusetts home, Friday evening.
Police found Tsarnaev in the boat and after a short standoff arrested the terror suspect.
Henneberry’s 22-foot Seahawk was damaged by the police activity.
Phillips says the money is to help Hennerberry buy a new boat.
No word if Henneberry will accept donations.
