People like the previous two commenters are what is wrong with our country. A man has died, and the only thing you can think to write are insensitive comments? n.y.city dept of sanitation working on a sunday ??? and late sunday at that ??? we're not getting the whole story here folks !!! if not on the sidewalk,, where are you supposed to place the trash??? in the street ??? and how drunk was he to trip over trash bags ??? there's a lot missing to this story believe you me !!!
