Local man killed in motorcycle crash

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- One man is dead, another is recovering in the hospital after an overnight motorcycle crash in Arlington.

Anthony Feliciano and another man were riding eastbound on Mayapple Road when Feliciano lost control crossing Townsend Boulevard. Feliciano was thrown from his motorcycle and hit a tree stump. He died at the hospital.

The passenger was also taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police tell Action News the men were not wearing helmets. Officers are trying to determine if alcohol played a role in the crash.
