BUNNELL, Fla. --A school bus camera captured a mother fighting a student on board a Flagler Palm Coast High School bus Wednesday morning.

The 35-year-old mother in the video admitted to Action News that she confronted a teen at the bus stop in Bunnell then brawled with the 17-year-old boy on the bus.

"He's a bully," Felecia Phillips told Action News.  Phillips was arrested and charged with child abuse and trespassing.

The boy she fought is a high school senior who Phillips claims had been bullying her 15-year-old son.  The boy faces no charges and told Action News he was acting in self-defense.  No one was seriously injured.

face it, mom screwed up royally.... she should have enlisted school authorities to deal with the bully... by taking matters in her own hands,, she opened herself up to lawsuits & more bullying from her kids peers ( oh mom has to fight your battles???) she could have driven her kid to school,, or home schooled the kid... we all had bullies,, who picked on everyone at one time or another... punch them in the nose & go on about your business.. blood (their own) has proven time & again to be a sure fire way of stopping bullies !!!

I don't condone what the mother did, but we all know that the teen bully would never tell a lie!!!
