I have already threated to sue Walgreens over this, and have spoken with an attorney who is looking into it further. AARP is a joke, and a bad one at that. AARP supported Obamacare because it widens the gap of what Medicare will pay and what you need a supplemental policy for. Who is the largest Medicare supplement provider? AARP/UnitedHealthcare that's who. Collusion anyone?

They are also through medicare starting to demand you keep at home records and turn them over to the pharamcy. This is not being done by Walgreens but by CVA and medicare. IE fill out this log sheet or ELSE you must pay for your medicines out pocket. Ask CVS about this invasion as well. Medicare claims they have the right to do this now under the new health care laws. Force you to turn over something or else.
