Our local schools are not losing money because of the "fiscal cliff". They are losing money because of the push for privatization. Charter schools are sucking funds from our public school system, and our state gov't. wants even more! Remember the amendments that they tried to pass (push through) this past election? "Vouchers" are the way to go! So they say! "Parents need a choice"! Another of their "bribes". All that they want to do is to privatize EVERYTHING! This is certainly NOT in the best interest of the people! It IS in the best interest of the corporations that would reap millions of dollars of taxpayer money!!!!!

Well, isn't that just wonderful. Merry Christmas to all, and to all a massive SCREW YOU! At least, that's the message I'm hearing from the government. Like they haven't taken enough away from the schools, now they're after more. When does it end? How much more do we have to give? Now they want to take more money away from kids because they can't get it from their parents. In the immortal words of Daffy Duck: "You're dispicable!"
