Local senator calls for statewide shutdown of Internet cafes

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Sen. John Thrasher proposed a moratorium on new Internet cafes but said Wednesday that criminal allegations of racketeering and other wrongdoing in the industry should spur lawmakers to close all existing operations.

the only reason they want to shut them down is because thier was not money going in thier pockets. If want to do something right they need to make Fl. a dry state no one gets killed ran over or shot at these places people have jobs . you will pay more for walfare for the people. They have family to feed and bills to pay. And no one has fights like they do in the clubs so close all them they are just as bad or worse drinking causes alot of problems but does anybody care about that why because you get your money out of it. So find away to control gambling to make your money and keep the people at work.WHAT IS WORSE GAMBILNG OR DRINKING AND DRIVING?
