Ever hear of a Naval vessel being involed in combat hitting a target with long ranged fire and being in the vincity of returned weapons fire at land targets but not good enough to quailify for the law as desert storm vet? The DoD says I am desert storm vet the VA says I am not. They dont deny my many many medical problems just lawyer up like guilty party and refuse to hold a public and impartial jury trial because they know what will happen.

So whenever you think you and your buddies at the VA want give veterans a fair and impartial trial as required by the US constitution and not a faked or rigged trial you get back to me. I guarntee after a jury sees all my evidence. Yes there is more evidence you wont be running your mouth 1country.

Before you say that subs couldnt been exposed there are other sub vets on other subs that got sick. The area I was in had destroyed scuds landing in it the subs take in sea water with which to make fresh water. It has already been proven with Agent Orange vets if you vulnerable to chemicals and use or shower in water tainted with chemicals you will have effects. Additionally there was chemical spill onobard my ship once that could duplicated a chemical weapons acccident inciddently it dirrectly affects veterans with g6pd (enzyme defiency I have). Ironically I am desert storm vet you know the VA's defense hes not a desert storm vet and you know what Senator Bill Nelson agress with them enough evidence to bury the government with any jury trial but I should give up and not tell the truth right?

I have skin rashes, chornic pain, sleep apnea, gall stones, recently started getting vertigo, stomach problems from direahea to diverticulitis, memory issues, immune system reaction right after I got out the military that was same as the men in the desert lymph node in side of my neck swelled to the size larger than golf ball just smaller than a full sized grapfruit. I have blood enzyme condition that responds badly to anthrax vaccine, chemical weapons, chemical spills. I served near the coast of Isreal my ship a 688 class sub launched weapons in support of desert storm. We served in desert shield as well. I was considered a combat veteran before desert storm if that says anything 1country. I have enough evidence that I would bury the US government in any jury trail were US citizens were sitting on the trial. I have been the VA and seen how the treat the poltical story about Gulf War Illness. Any time you want set jury in front me as my right as united state citizen instead the mock crap set about by Feres doctrine you let me know. I am not hiding so quit waving your propganda flag your probably an employee of the VA at that.

Operation Desert storm theres a problem. Out 750k troops deployed about 300k now sick. Some them are Navy veterans who served off the coast of Isreal. Guess what although they are desert storm veterans the VA says they are not and will cheat them if they are sick. Facts not conjecture. Military tells vets they will take care of them if the become disabled it is lie. Living proof of that. Not service connected told regardless of where I served how sick I am I will never be service connected ever. Job well done but if you get sick from something you shouldnt dont expect the government to do the honorable thing or give you a fair and impartial jury trial.
