did you take the banks money to buy the house? Were the payments the amount to which you agreed. Did you fail to make the payments? If the answers to these questions are yes, then you staying in the house without paying is just as faudulent as whatever the bank did with your paperwork. Those of us who are paying for our housing don't have much sympathy for you freeloaders.

All it takes is 1 person to start the ball rolling to bring down Wells Fraudo. Whilst trying to make sense of my mortgage loan I found this site financialscreenshots.com that offered to find my note for 16.00. After all the other gimics out there it is a bargain. anyway, within a couple of days they sent me the loan number and the trust it was in! what a shock, Countrywide own my note! And, I now know that there is a bogus assignment on my file. So, I just paid 99.00 for ALL the screenshots and together my lawyer says I can go ahead with a quite title action. Seems nothing on the county register means they must be lying! I knew I hated Bank of America, just couldn’t figure out why. now they are going down!
