We are a right to work state. Get rid of the union and replace them with non union. I belonged to the Teamsters years ago. I got laid off and never received a recall to report back to work. They would not stand behind me. I went to a non union driving job that gave me the same pay and better benefits. The unions have lived out there usefulness. All they want now is you dues. The Teamsters used to pay my pension and health insurance and it was for a small monthly dues payment. Let them go on strike and get non union workers. Then if they do not work they can be replaced.

Can we get specifics on the negotiations? Things like how much the CEO of jaxport gets each year how much bonus he/she takes home. What kind benefits where under negotiation? What did the union want ? Was the bosses getting bonuses and wanting to cut pay? No details just reporting that paints the employees in bad light. How about some specifics not vaguley worded articles that give no info into which side is doing wrong.
