JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Main Street and Acosta bridges are closed as 3,000 people participate in the annual Light the Night Walk in downtown Jacksonville.
Thousands of people participated in the walk, holding balloons with colors of special significance.
During the walk, people carried illuminated balloons in three colors: white balloons are carried by survivors; red balloons by supporters; gold ones are carried by walkers who are walking in memory of loved ones lost to cancer.
