10-4 gunny, missed that part, sir/mam... in that case action news is in a bad way as far as liability issues are concerned.. how can we put an actual value on present & future harm done to this companies reputation ??? litigate & mediation are in the future,, or an awful lot of ree advertising at key times plus a retraction by action news !!!!

To AB Coleman - Demand a full retraction on air & online. Then sue them. This was totally uncalled for.

I would think that before a story is put online that "ALL" information should be checked before you press the enter key. My family good name now has a cloud over it. No one from the station called or checked to see if they worked here. How long would that have taken? You work very hard to build a good decent reputation, and something like this can bring it down in a moment. People will here the name A.B. Coleman and think we steal. I am glad that my father is not alive to have to deal with this story. Action News the damage has been done, You cannot go back and remove what is in cyber space. Thanks for breaking the story. Sincerely, Andrew B. Coleman, III Director A.B. Coleman Mortuary, Inc.

Really sad! I know several of the AB Coleman staff and they are very kind caring people. These two pieces of scum should pay dearly for stealing from the deceased!
