Man accused of stealing property from employer
ORANGE PARK, Fla. -- An employee of Meds Pools in Orange Park faces numerous charges after he allegedly stole pool pumps and tried to sell them for cash.
A police report states Sean White, 24, took at eight pool pumps valued at over $2,600 and sold them at the Environmental company on Blanding Boulevard.
Deputies say White was caught after one of the owners of pool company contacted them about the missing equipment.
Investigators report they were able to trace the transactions of suspect because of an extensive trail of receipts and photos kept by the scrap company.
At last check, White faced 16 different charges related to the stolen property and given a nearly $72,000 bond.
