JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is trying to identify a man accused of approaching two children near their elementary school Friday morning.

Investigators say two female students were walking to school around Jammes road and Arthur Durham drive when an older white man got out of a pick-up truck and started to run towards them.

Officers say both girls ran and were able to get to a crossing guard to report what happened. They say the man did not speak to the them.

The girls described the truck as a white Chevrolet S-10 pick-up with black rims.

If anyone has any information about the man's identity they're asked to contact Crime Stoppers. All callers will remain anonymous and can be eligible for a $3,000 reward with a tip that leads to an arrest.
