Man arrested in triple shooting
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- JSO has made an arrest in a local triple shooting. Martin Luther King, 33, has been arrested for the shooting that happened on January 9 at a vacant lot on 25th Street W.
King is accused in the murder of Andrew Stephens and two counts of aggravated battery for two other victims who were also shot but survived.
Investigators say King used an assault rifle and opened fire on the three as they were playing a game. Two other homes nearby were also hit by gunfire.
Police say King was wearing a mask to help pull off the crime. He was arrested with the help of tips from witnesses.
