MIDDLEBURG, Fla. -- Deputies hope video from a home surveillance system helps nab a man who broke into an SUV in Middleburg.

The break-in happened last November outside a home on Apalachicola Boulevard, between 3-4:30 a.m.

The man in the video wore a camouflage jacket, white sneakers and a hat while breaking into an SUV.  He made off with $18.

Authorities say the homeowner didn't lock the doors to his GMC.

Investigators believe the man may be responsible for at least three other auto burglaries in the area.

Call Crime Stoppers at 866-845-TIPS if you recognize the man.  You could get a cash reward of up to $3,000 if your tip leads to an arrest.

uhm,, if the owner failed to lock the doors, the thief didn't break into anything !!! he simply helped himself to the dummies $18.00.. trespassing would be a more appropriate charge...
