ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- William Dillow looked very uneasy walking into his first appearance Wednesday morning.

Dillow is charged with two counts of capital sexual battery of a person under the age of 12.

That's the worst sex crime charge there is. It is punishable by life in prison in Florida.

Deputies in St. Johns County say two girls, ages 9 and 11, opened up to workers at their school about the abuse.

When the judged announced the charges, other inmates groaned in disgust.

"You're being charged with sexual assault of a victim under the age of 12," said judge Chuck Tinlin.

The woman right behind him even shook her head.

Dillow is also currently on felony probation for an unrelated incident.

A public defender was appointed to him and denied bond.

Around the same time, Rhonda Wilkerson made her first appearance in the Flagler County Courthouse on the same charges.

She was also denied bond.

We're told Wilkerson will be moved to the St. Johns County Jail in a couple of days.

Both Wilkerson and Dillow were ordered not to contact one another.

The two girls were placed in the care of the Department of Children and Families.

PUNISHABLE BY DEATH, very fitting as these low life scumbags killed the souls of those poor little baby girls. They should be put to death 1000 times for each incident that is identified, or maybe just tortured to the brink and then brought back only to start all over again... I dont think I would find many who disagree and in all reality the punishment could NEVER fit the crime in this case no matter what happened to these non human whatver they ares. Just a little side note, is anyone real surprised by the way this guy looks? I know it seems odd and maybe a bit to minority reportish but it sure does seem like there is a pattern for kid touchers as far as how they look and carry themselves, ways of the life and the rest of the good old profiling accutraments.
