PALM COAST, Fla. -- A 26-year-old man is being held on a Flagler County warrant charging him with having sex with a 14-year-old girl.
The warrant accuses Javon Hall of having a sexual relationship for 11 months with a teenager beginning in October 2011. Flagler County Sheriff's detectives spent more than two months investigating the case before filing the charges.
Hall faces three counts of lewd and lascivious molestation on a victim between 12 and 16 years of age. Hall was arrested Tuesday by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office and extradicted to Flagler County on Wednesday.
According to the teen, she and Hall would have sex at her home or at his house. She said she would often sneak out of the house to meet him.
He is being held in the Flagler County Inmate Facility on $100,000 bond.
