Man convicted in beach shooting that paralyzed woman
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A jury convicted a man of a shooting in Jacksonville Beach.
Denard William Robinson, 21, faces 25 years to life in prison after being convicted on one count of attempted murder.
Prosecutors said the gunfire began following an argument over drugs between Robinson and two other people.
One bullet struck a woman walking her dog nearby. The injury left her paralyzed from the waist down.
Robinson will be sentenced in March.
