Man dies after having medical problem while driving
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- One man is dead after authorities say he had a medical problem that caused him to crash his car.
According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, Tito J. Garcia, 49, was leaving a parking lot on South Ellis Road around 10:30 a.m. Friday when he had a medical problem that caused him to accelerate across the road and crash into a trailer.
Garcia was pronounced dead at the scene.
No charges are pending.
