ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- A St. Johns County man is under house arrest for throwing a baby down a flight of steps.

Joseph Izzi entered a no contest plea to felony battery and other charges. Back in March, investigators say he tossed the toddler down a flight of concrete stairs at the Fairview Apartments. The 2-year-old suffered bruises over much of her body.

House arrest?! Really?! I have a two year old daughter, and there would be no reason for house arrest after I was done with him!

This piece of work obviously doesnt deserve house arrest, im assuming this pos has some family connections to a fabulous attorney because he SHOULD BE in jail! P.S. Hope those staples in his head are from him "accidentally" taking the same fall down the same damn stairs!

How can this scumbag possibly be on house arrest? How can this piece of shite not be in jail just waiting to go to prison for 20 +++ years? What is wrong with Duval justice system??? The news gets all sorts of hot and bothered by Matt whatever the public defender having a few beers in his office while Angela Cory CONSISTENTLY makes terrible choices(can you say George Zimmerman??? well can you also say undeserved bonus or tv ho), you have scum like this guy throwing babies down steps and getting house arrest and theres 3 lines about it. Come on people, lets get our priorities straight and get this whole mangled thing set right and it starts with demanding that the guy who THREW a 2 YEAR OLD BABY DOWN A SET OF STEPS NEEDS TO BE EXPOSED AND PUT INTO JAIL IMMEDIATELY!

Hopefully those marks on him are from his 'accidentally' falling down the same stairs when arrested! Even better if he seems to be 'accident prone' for awhile.
