JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A man has pleaded guilty to a charge of accessory after the fact in a 2008 murder case.

Harvey Badger, 29, was present during the shooting death of 41-year-old Wayne Brown in December 2008. After the shooting, Badger drove the victim's car away from the crime scene.

The shooting suspect has never been charged with murder due to Badger's actions. Badger faces 30 years in prison as a habitual felony offender. He will be sentenced the week of December 10, 2012.
