Man steals thousands from JEA

Build your own 'Solar Power' panels are available on line 'cheap'to keep you from being dependent on JEA..sometimes the electic companies will have to pay you, so I've read and heard from my friend in IN who uses solar and windmill power for her entire home. The Government doesn't want 'John Q Public' to know this, they WANT us dependent on them.

So what?? JEA STEALS THOUSANDS FROM US EVERY MONTH!!! I thought "monopolies" were illegal in the US. I don't like the way JEA does business, WHO else can I buy my electricity from??
