Man wanted by police for Harts Road killing
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police want to question a man about a killing near the River Oaks Apartments on the Northside.
Police found the body of 20-year-old Richard Davenport outside the apartment complex early Saturday morning.
Authorities want to talk with Jermaine Rashad Mobley, 25. He has an arrest warrant out for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
