JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is looking for a man accused of violently attacking his girlfriend and knocking her unconscious.

JSO says on July 4 Michael Davis, 33, was arguing with his girlfriend when he hit her and knocked her unconscious, causing her to bleed from her nose and mouth.

Police say the victim was taken to a local hospital.  She suffered multiple fractures to her face and head.

The sheriff's office says Davis is aware he has a warrant for his arrest and he continues to make contact with the victim.

Police say Davis is wanted for Aggravated Domestic Battery.

Davis is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 230 pounds.

Call Crime Stoppers at 1-866-845-TIPS if you have any information.  You will remain anonymous and could receive a cash reward of up to $1,000 if your tip leads to an arrest.
