JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The man police say led them to shoot a man at the Jacksonville International Airport parking garage has turned himself in.

Rodney Addison, 20, now faces auto theft, reckless driving, and fleeing and eluding law enforcement. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says Addison stole a car earlier this month. Officers spotted the car again Wednesday and followed several people into the parking garage. Police say the driver tried to ram them with the vehicle so officers fired shots to defend themselves. One person in that car was hit in the ankle.

Addison escaped the attempted arrest but turned himself in to police Friday. He also faces a cocaine possession charge.

Police are looking for another suspect in relations to this incident.
