If people would just 'not allow' people in their stores,etc with their 'hoodies' on, a lot of these idiot thugs wouldn't be so brave.

One question, what weapon did she use to convince the shop to give her the money? Where a business is not armed to protect itself criminals will ALWAYS take the advantage. Laws don't govern criminals. If this woman even thought the establishment had armed employees, she might still be an honest person. Remember every city and country which controls the possession of weapons by honest citizens, has a much higher crime rate than those which have unrestricted possession of weapons by citizens. Research brings facts and truth, not necessarily the printed or voiced word.
