Traffic stopped today earlier than expected causing a four car pile-up during rush hour Thursday night. No warning was posted of traffic change on San Jose Blvd. The city spends lots of money on road improvement. The company that won the road project bid at San Jose Blvd. neglected to post a traffic pattern change sign. There is a high probability more traffic accidents will occur as a result of the lack of warning to motorists!
