the article states shots were fired in the early morning traffic stop,, then goes on to say fhp can't say if shots were fired ??? does anyone in the news industry in this state know what they are doing ??? i seriously doubt it !!! if you think i;m being overly critical,, go back & reread the story !!! shots were fired,, not certain if shots were fired ??? does that mean they are embarrassed that their officers missed ??? you either discharged your weapon or you didn't ??? or are they admitting there is no accountability ??? like the black kid in st. john's with the stolen car filled with crack... he was shot, while super cop had the draw on him, not for displaying a weapon,, but for reaching for $5000.00 worth of crack cocaine !!! why did the officer fire ??? he had the drop on the punk,, if he came out with a weapon !!! seems like he over reacted,, and dave shoar was there to white wash the entire affair !!! if you fail to obey officers orders in st. john's,, our cops are such punks,, they will shoot first & fabricate the evidence later !!!!as a retired detective,, even i can see the coverup on this one.. the officer in question was not in fear of his life or anyone else's !!! he was trigger happy !!! how much you wanna bet he retires as soon as this bad shooting blows over ????
