Everything would have been fine hadn't it been for that this woman is sick. I know that of personal experience with this woman. Look at her cases, she work only with cases where there ain't no doubt about innocence, and she attack every case on death row where there is a claim of innocence. She takes information in to her husband through her position and so he can spread it to the other guys. And its a lot more, this person should been in an mental place. Thank god they fired her , hopefully before she could do any more damages.

Yes her personal life is her personal life, but when a mother of four leaves her family to marry a death row inmate, someone who was convicted of rape, torture and murder her critical decision making process is seriously messed up which obviously calls into question everything else. Add to that the other allegations of sex and misuse of tax money and you've got someone who has real credibility issues. Whomever at the Public Defender's Office hired this person should also be looked at pretty closely. Either intentionally overlooking theses personal defects, or turning a blind eye to them is unacceptable, particularly when you are a steward of tax payers money. Whoever made this hiring decision needs the axe as their ability to make a critical hiring decision is horrible! What an embarrassment for the Public Defender.

Don't know how true it is, but when I worked on Death Row, we were told to be extra polite and to treat Rosalie with "kid gloves", because she was former Governor Martinez's ex-daughter in law. Incidentally, her husband Oscar Bolin is an inmate on Death Row at Union Correctional Institution.
