What is the problem with the players today? They make more in one year then a lot of corporate ceos do. And to ask for more is totally ridiculous. I can no longer afford to buy a ticket to any sports game except for a Nascar race that is priced for the fans and not the drivers. Get rid of all of these high paid players and put in limits to what they can earn. They do not need to make more then a good yearly salary. The Jags seem to be a laughing stock and a disgrace to Jacksonville. Let him hold out and release him from his contract and see if another team picks him up. All the players look for is more and more money. It has to stop some where. We already have enough drunks on the team and now it looks like we have another party animal on it. Way to go Jags.

I can't blame MJD for wanting more money...The Jaguars are at fault for causing that. But with 2 years left on the contract, I don't think so and the Jaguars shouldn't give in. When his contract expires, that's a different story. Go for the gusto!

@Holysmokes- he certainly isn't "poor" but he's one serious injury away from being out of football plus he's getting into his prime earning years as a football player. If I had the purse strings I would have him honor his present contract for this year but put him some hefty incentives to "sweeten the deal". We need MoJo healthy - mentally & physically. GO JAGS!!!
