I dont see where it is such a big deal. Ask us voters if we want it or not it is that simple. We dont need goverment telling us we should be able to make adult decisions for ourselves.

Pam Bondi & the others need to quit thinking they own all of us. We are the people & if we want marijuana to be legal then we should be allowed to vote on it or outright have it. We are adults who can make decisions for ourselves. Good lord look at all the dam pill heads we have these days. People die every day from pills how many die every day from marijuana? I am 45 & have smoked since I was 17 im going to smoke till the day I die. It hasnt opened any stupid gateways for me because im an adult and I know right from wrong & im able to decide for myself if I want to do any of that other crap. God himself made marijuana. There is way to much good that outweighs any bad from it. Ciggs is what should be illegal & alcohol but esp ciggs. What do we get from tabacco other than doctor visits and funerals?

This is the Scientific justification of 40 yr. of #1 scheduling. Trillions wasted 25 million arrests one every 40 seconds. CNN: On August 14, 1970, the Assistant Secretary of Health, Dr. Roger O. Egeberg wrote a letter recommending the plant, marijuana, be classified as a schedule 1 substance, and it has remained that way for nearly 45 years. My research started with a careful reading of that decades old letter. What I found was unsettling. Egeberg had carefully chosen his words: "Since there is still a considerable void in our knowledge of the plant and effects of the active drug contained in it, our recommendation is that marijuana be retained within schedule 1 at least until the completion of certain studies now underway to resolve the issue." Not because of sound science, but because of its absence, marijuana was classified as a schedule 1 substance. Again, the year was 1970. Egeberg mentions studies that are underway, but many were never completed. As my investigation continued, however, I realized Egeberg did in fact have important research already available to him, some of it from more than 25 years earlier.

MORE scare tactics to place ALL the 'drug' problems in America on marijuana. A natural weed. A weed that is not nearly as bad as alcohol. If you MIX any drug with another, it can be deadly. This is what the damn Government has been doing to FINANCE the pharmaceutical companies, SCARING mainstream people that marijuana is bad. THEY don't WANT you to know the truth. THE ONLY reason it is not legal already is because our crooked Government signed a pact with other Nations that we would not. I am sick of people suffering, when this natural herb can alleviate all kinds of ailments and pain. The crooks that are against the TRUTH about medical marijuana are anti American and need to get educated or shut up.

What Pam Bondi wants to do is block Floridians from using Holy Oil even with a Doctors recommendation. Google: Kaneh Bosm Exodus 30:23 Holy Oil contains Cannabis
