The $Bureaucratic$ Pharmaceutical's company's have monopolized the 'use' of the FDA since 1848. They have been indirectly responsible for the deaths of millions of people by forcing their synthetic 'drugs' upon their patients that have NOT been proven ANY MORE RELIABLE OR EFFECTIVE as a cure than an herb that grows from Mother Earth. Every Doctor that finds he has exhausted every drug he knows to alleviate his patients pain and suffering SHOULD ALLOW his patient the RIGHT to try medical marijuana. It is his HYPPOCRATIC OBLIGATION WHEN HE TOOK THAT OATH. The d@mn Government needs to GET ITS SORRY NOSE OUT OF A PERSONS PERSONAL HEALTH CARE COMPLETELY. (But they know the 'scare' of a 'pandemic' is one sure fire way to make us idiots think we NEED the government dictating our life's more, isn't it?) Doesn't anyone of you low informational voters see now how you can LOSE more of you freedoms with this DOOMED O BamaCare aka, Affordable Care Act? Or do you just want to live in ignorant fear?

Thank you Brian. I do not seek to purchase marijuana. But when I have the opportunity to have it I do. I do not want to risk getting arrested. So, as I have posted I have to rely on the poison that is "legal." Legal yet the most abused & sold on the streets medication. Keep praying for the voters to sign the petition and to vote it in. We need the compassion of those that are blessed to be healthy and not need medical intervention to have a decent quality of life.

When a loved one is wasting away unable to eat due to Chemotherapy, AIDS Wasting Syndrome, or Multiple Sclerosis, and needs this marvelous herb in order to increase their appetite, reduce the overwhelming pain, and live as as healthy and happily as they can with the time they have left, let's have the compassion to allow them to have it. Stop treating Medical Marijuana Patients like second rate citizens and common criminals by forcing them to the dangerous black market for their medicine. Risking incarceration to obtain the medicine you need is no way to be forced to live. Support Medical Marijuana Now! Trutheseeker~your comment is insulting to those of us that need the passage of medical marijuana. I am currently having a difficult time trying to get a prescription filled for much needed pain medications. The reason? Those that have made it the most abused and fraudulently sold on the streets drug have caused a shortage for those of us that need it to manage pain to make it through the day. Also this has caused the pharmacies to run out due to what they have told me is that the manufacturer/suppliers cannot keep up with the demand as well as many pharmacies not receiving adequate amounts due to their accepting bogus scripts. When medical marijuana is available, I know there will be those that will try to get it without documented medical conditions, but that is the problem for the prescribing physicians. The DEA will on top of it as well. For those that are so against this, I pray that you remain healthy and NEVER need medications that would provide you with a better quality of life.
