Meth lab found in Lake City, 2 suspects arrested
LAKE CITY, Fla. -- Sheriff's deputies arrested two people after discovering a meth lab in Lake City.
Detectives with a multi-jurisdictional drug task force found the meth lab at a home on NW Ashley Street during an investigation.
Emergency crews safely removed the dangerous chemicals from the home and a shed on the property.
Investigators arrested 23-year-old Ashley Nicole Tanner and 32-year-old Nicholas Hampton Cason. Both face a charge of manufacture of methamphetamine.
The Columbia County Sheriff's Office says there could be more arrests.
