If you threaten someone you had better have a gun yourself, I think the reason they left was to dispose of the gun cause it was probably illegal

Come on folks. This is about the death...yes, the DEATH (which means gone FOREVER for those of you who don't know)...of a 17 yo kid....over music!! While I believe that Dunn is telling the truth I also believe he is someone who believes he needs to right the wrongs of the world. Loud rap music pisses him off and he meant to "do something about it" that night. I sit in traffic all the time next to people playing loud music. Would I ever dream of asking them to turn it down?? Hell no! I don't know them and have no idea what their response would be. I know the light is changing soon and I'm going on my way. Dunn took matters into his own hands that night when he just should've moved his car. Or more importantly, he should've realized he's not going to live there...that he'd be leaving soon. I hope justice is served.

"LAW rockets would prove very effective against such noise pollution, but would be illegal to utilize in such fashion unfortunately. Sometimes a state of anarchy doesn't sound so bad." http://www.stormfront.org/forum/t371846/

"Sound that rattles your walls may be dramatic and stories of such violent noise may get you a sympathetic word. But more common and relentless is the bass that smoothly penetrates through the concrete and gets into your head. This was not your great-grandmother's noise problem; this is new–like http://www.noiseoff.org/document/bass.victims.not.alone.pdf fifteen years young as a mass consumer phenomenon. And it is very real."

If you google "stop boom cars" "or kill loud car stereo", you will come up with comments about using RPGs like the ones used in Afghanistan to murdering the driver's this could prove to be very helpful. No doubt about it, the Heavy Bass alone want's to make you murder them,it triggers fight or flight, most people flee, we don't believe Dunn was given that choice!

Because most autistic children are sensitive to noise, a ban on boom cars should be beneficial to them. Imagine you are waiting for your autistic child's school bus to pick him up for a normal day at school. Suddenly, a car that blares out the bass passes by you. Your child covers his ears and screams, and you try to calm him down. Then, a neighbor emerges out of his house and tells you to control your "little brat." You feel put down by that comment as your child screams uncontrollably. When the bus arrives, he calms down thanks to the aides.

"call a cop to get the noise code enforced or people throwing garbage out of a car window and they won't come. I don't think he had to shoot I think he should have moved but the beat of that noise and all the cursing could have caused anything to happen. It's awful" correct Deep Heavy Bass along with inciting lyrics and a gun, bad combo!

it's no surprise, Jordan said "F*ck you N*gga" to Dunn, makes you wonder what else did they listen to earlier and were they out looking for someone to get a rise out of, perhaps get into a confrontation and shoot them? The best way to demonstrate this difference between "Loud Music" as the media and public are calling it and "Heavy Bass" is recreate the scene from Dunns stand point. Unfortunately calls and emails to Strolla have gone unanswered and not it's too late, because the defense rests.

Heavy Bass Victims You Are Not Alone! Do you often hear low thumping, rumbling, and booming sounds that you can't ignore, and wonder why others seem to be going about their business as if everything is normal and fine? Do you marvel at how others can be experiencing the same “thunder and earthquake” vibrations and act as if they don't notice, never mentioning this profound detail as they talk about the weather? Why the strong taboo on the subject of this invasive noise? What you are experiencing are consumer audio systems, mostly in cars, that pump out much more bass than the ones of yesteryear. The big sound waves that these devices put out penetrate through walls and closed windows, causing agony, torment, and lost peace for those within. If you feel alone, you are not. One study shows that 40% of victims of lowfrequency noise believe that they are the only ones who can hear the sound! But though your ears might be better than average at catching the bass, there are many others silently sharing your grief. http://www.noiseoff.org/document/bass.victims.not.alone.pdf
