JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Milder tonight under cloudy skies with temperatures only dropping into the upper 40s well inland... low to mid 50s near I-95 and the low 60s at the beaches. A few showers will affect coastal areas but rain amounts will be light.
A weather disturbance will move northeast out of the Gulf of Mexico Friday bringing thickening clouds to Jacksonville and surrounding areas along with scattered mostly afternoon showers. Many areas will get some rain but amounts look to average less than a quarter of an inch. Highs will reach the low to mid 70s but fall into the 60s when rain arrives.
